The WeatherBeeta Green-Tec 1200D Detach-A-Neck Lite Plus is a lightweight turnout rug that been created using recycled plastics for the outer and lining, meaning each rug saves over 380* plastic bottles from going into the ocean or landfill. The Green-Tec technology uses far less (over 50% less) energy to create than a regular turnout rug and our PU waterproof coating, of which 27% is created using recycled camera lenses, further reduced the environmental impact of our Green-Tec range. Not only this, it is then packaged in recyclable packaging that is also made from PCR (post consumer recyclable plastic). Featuring a waterproof and breathable 1200 denier plain weave PCR outer from recycled bottles, a strong 150 denier diamond weave lining made from PCR fabric, 50g of polyfill which is made from recycled plastic bottles, compatible with the WeatherBeeta liner system for versatility throughout the seasons, a detachable neck style for versatility and a traditional side gusset for natural movement.
