How do I return my Amazon order?

To return your Amazon order, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Amazon Returns Center: Amazon Returns
  2. Follow the instructions to initiate your return.

Please note the following important guidelines to ensure your return is accepted:

  • Items must be in their original condition, including both the product and packaging.
  • Avoid attaching anything to shoe boxes or original bags, including tape and/or postage labels, as this may void the return.
  • Clothing should be unwashed and unworn.
  • Ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made products are non-refundable.
How do I return my Ebay order?

To return your eBay order, please follow these steps:

  1. Find the item in your Purchases.
  2. Select Return this item from the menu on the right.
  3. Choose your reason for the return and provide a comment explaining why you're returning the item.
  4. If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, you must include at least one image (with a maximum of ten) relevant to the reason for the return, showing any scratches or defects. Be sure to follow eBay's Images, video, and text policy when uploading images.
  5. Select Confirm return.

How do I return my Direct order?

To return your website order, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Returns Centre.
  2. Enter the email address you used to place the order and your order number. The order number can be found on the invoice sent to you after your order was processed. If you cannot locate the order number, please contact our customer service team via email for assistance.
  3. Click "Find My Order." Our system will generate a returns label for you, which you can print at your local post office. Affix this label to the front of the package and drop it off at the post office to be sent back to our warehouse for processing.
